Hi there — I’m Hailey Bartlett, the owner and founder of The Vanity Aesthetic Spa.
When I first opened The Vanity, my vision was simple: to bring the luxury and innovation of a high-end spa to Southern Indiana, while keeping the personal touch and warmth of a small-town community.
I wanted to create a space where professionals could do what they love, where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for, and where everyone who walks through our doors knows they belong.
As a corrective esthetician myself, I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up — to balance creativity, strategy, and heart. I’ve built my own brand around results, education, and connection, and I want The Vanity to be a place where others can do the same.
My hope is that when you join The Vanity, you don’t just find a beautiful studio — you find a community that supports you, challenges you, and celebrates your growth right alongside you.

4. Is there a sense of community, or am I just renting a room?
- Full-time leases begin at a 1-year term.
- Part-time leases can be negotiated, though a 6-month commitment is preferred. You can always start part-time and upgrade as space becomes available.
3. Am I locked into a long-term lease?
Yes! Every professional at The Vanity is featured on our website and social channels, and we often include our providers in collaborative events, promotions, and community-building opportunities.
2. Will I be promoted as part of The Vanity?
We do. All common areas are maintained, cleaned, and fully stocked by our team so the space always feels polished, welcoming, and professional for both you and your clients.
